I looked online and found that Teflon / Non-stick waffle. I read about the harmful aspects of the use of Teflon cooking surface and I look forward to a positive alternative and affordable.

Fostoria brand that I was not, and I liked it. Has waived because it was so great, and no longer need me.
When considering the lady said that to put clean, and it's easy! it worked perfectly. We hope you will find - I do not want in Teflon and surface.
In my opinion, would need some kind of restaurant, something like Waffle House. You might try one of the suppliers of equipment restaurant.
I believe also emit that the Teflon coated pans harmful gases when they reach 400 degrees Celsius. I doubt it reaches a wafer temperature.
The thing about waffles is that they make a paste of food (eg cookies) and then give inherantly stick to the pan and are due to their high content of starch. A non-teflon waffle waffle, because it must be cooked in a nonstick surface. Well, if we have a non-stick Teflon surface, then you could be in business. I do not know if there was anything but.
The amount of Teflon required for significant damage is much more that can not be found in all non-stick cookware. Even people who live near dangerous factories for the production of perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA, a chemical in Teflon), are at a level that hundreds of thousands of times lower than shown to cause harm in laboratory animals are exposed.
Conclusion: Teflon can have harmful side effects when I am in a house is covered with Teflon. But so far, this cookware, you're probably safe.
