When I select the screen and the PLA is empty and stays that way. It depends on all GBA Pokemon games.

You probably downloaded the wrong roms. There are some that work and others do not. Turn around and look the other available ROMs. You see, I have a Pokemon GBA games Visualboy, but they actually work for me ....
