Concealed Carry - Nc Did The Senator Just Tell A Lie About Concealed Carry?

Did the Senator just tell a lie about Concealed Carry? - concealed carry - nc

I listened to the radio news about the defeat of the bill in the Senate carry concealed. One woman said, (the Senator and I remember my best) "This law allows people to find in other countries with less stringent requirements for granting a license store."

How on earth does that work? Is there a state without a residency requirement? I know that I had the 2 in the licensing (FL, NC) have residence requirements.

What do you think your state is agreement allows a non-resident?

Sorry, I did not hear the Senator. If so, I would understand and can not be called fair if it is false.

It is technically correct.

The Army is authorized, a state in which you agree to be listed as residents. He did not even need to have visited the state once before. If all persons listed Alaska as his registration status to be able to - carry concealed anywhere in the United States.

It was a boost to the federal law in all states, if that's what I think. Of course some states are easier than others, of reciprocity, but extends over several states ...... CC.You if you can do legally. Look for Florida and the states that exist with a CC license in Florida.

In Ohio, you must obtain your license in their municipality of residence or in a neighboring county, which directly borders of their community. So, if I lived in Lake Erie, I would not be able to get my permit, to Cincinnati.

If you are strict with their own citizens, you think Ohio will be allowed to be someone from Mississippi, Arkansas? Not possible.

Remember that it is easy to say when a member of Congress is lying. His lips are moving.
